Colin as a CONCERT ARTIST
Colin performs diverse repertoire depending on the nature each specific event and the required style and content. He performs Broadway,Opera, Folk, Italian favourites, Spanish Songs, Modern Israeli, Yiddish, popular repertoire, and of course certain Chazzanut.
The collection of material for each specific event will vary in accordances with the occasion and audience preference. Colin has undergone training at the highest level in each of the genres he performs and always provides audiences with an unforgettable musical experience. Colin as a RECORDING ARTIST
Colin has recorded many CDs (see Discography) and is presently in the process of completing two new recordings. The first new recording covers his favourite general Concert items, and the second CD contains Popular Choral Music for the Synagogue, traditional and modern – for Choir , baritone and Piano ensemble accompaniment .
Colin as an OPERA CONCERT BARITONE
Colin performs an extensive range of baritone Arias which he studies develops and expands with leading teachers and coaches both in Israel, USA and Europe. He is a regular performer in Opera Concert Gala Concerts in South Africa, Israel and the UK and continues to perform with some of the worlds leading opera singers.
Colin as a CANTOR
Colin has developed his own style of Cantoral singing which is appropriate with his bright baritone tembre and easy going style. He combines diverse cantorial and traditional synagogue repertoire, together with participatory melodies always ensuring a user friendly synagogue experience. Colin only officiates on specific occasions by special request.
